2 Timothy 3:1-7 says:
1This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
As we go along our life everyday.. changes happen, likewise, the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ is getting nearer and nearer more than what we can expect.
And because of that, the efforts of Satan are doubled in order to steal every soul that he can take away from the kingdom of Jesus Christ. Satan doesnt want anyone to inherit the promise of God, so in every circumstance, he will try to steal souls. As the saying goes, IF WE WILL NOT WIN SOULS, SATAN WILL!
Let me remind you that the main target of Satan is the youth! Why? The future contuinity of service to the Lord Jesus Christ depends on the youth that will take place on the next generations to come. Satan doesnt want anyone to serve and spend a lot of time for Jesus Christ. He wants the youth to be in beerhouses, in bars, in computer shops, driven by violence of the computer games, driven by the lust brought by phornographies.. He wants the youth to be a rebellious generation, not a generation that will serve God!
The prophecy of God is happening nowadays, men, especially the youth, are commonly lovers of themselves more than lovers of God. They spend a lot of time to satisfy their lusts and prides. They are lovers of the world rather than lovers of God. THeir time is eaten up by the business of this world.
Who will declare the glory of Jesus Christ to the next generation? Who will step forward and lend a hand for these lost souls? Who will help them move out from the darkness of this world? Who will take away the blindfolds that Satan placed upon their eyes?
The call is upon you. Be equipped and see what's happening in our generation. Jesus Christ placed the burden for these souls to our shoulders. Have compassion. There is no one else that can help them. There is no one else that can share to them the Word of God.
We all know that everyone is stepping back away from the presence of Jesus Christ. But i challenge you, inspite of all those people who stepped back away from God, be the one who will step forward for Jesus Christ.
Let us save this untoward generation. Let us draw them nearer to God. They need Jesus!
